Delete your Fire Wings account

You can ask us to delete your Fire Wings account and the data that belongs to it at any time. In the game this page is under Settings → Privacy → Delete account.
- Open Fire Wings, tap your profile and note your player name.
- Email admin@atida.no with the subject "Delete my Fire Wings account". Include your player name and, if you sign in with email, send it from that address.
- We may reply to confirm the account is yours. We then delete it within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, player name, username and avatar, and every sign-in linked to it (Google Play Games, Google, Apple, email).
- Your progress: level, experience, coins, gems, energy, dragons and skins, chests, daily rewards, quests, achievements and statistics.
- Your match results, friends, friend requests, invitations and online status.
- Your purchase records on our servers.
- Your support messages, device details and push notification tokens.
What is kept
- Anonymous records. Our activity log keeps events (for example "a match was played") with your account, IP address and device removed, so they no longer identify you. Matches you played stay in the other players' history without your name.
- Payments. Google Play keeps its own record of anything you bought, under Google's privacy policy. Deleting your game account does not refund purchases.
Nothing else is kept, and deletion cannot be undone: coins, gems and items bought or earned on the account are lost with it.
